We have been going to Tracey for classes and 1 to 1 sessions for over two years now and keep going back!She is really knowledgeable, comes up with plenty of helpful, practical suggestions, and Koda adores her. We have thoroughly enjoyed all our classes, but Koda particularly loved the group walk and scent detective courses.We look forward to each meeting and couldn’t recommend her enough!

Tracey has been a part of our training journey from the moment we got Whiskey.
She has been absolutely incredible at guiding us on the journey of being first time dog owners whether that is through classes, individual training sessions or even phone calls and texts! Her advice, knowledge and guidance has made even the hardest moments seem manageable.

Thoroughly enjoyed puppy and beginner classes with Tracey.
Tracey is very knowledgeable and helped us through puppy phase, adolescence and separation anxiety with Coco. We’ve also had the pleasure of joining Tracey on her summer walk programme which Coco and I loved and also Mantrailing where we can put her busy mind to good use!
I’m really looking forward to attending Tracey’s classes again when we eventually get another dog! I’d highly recommend Lupo! 🐾💕

Tracey is fantastic at what she does. I really value that she uses only positive reinforcement, it makes such a difference to both the dog’s confidence and the overall experience. Her classes are brilliant, not just for the dogs but for owners too, giving you the knowledge and tools to continue training at home.
The new pack walks she’s introduced are a great addition. They’ve been really helpful for understanding dog behaviour, how they interact, what motivates them, and what they naturally enjoy. It’s also made walks far more engaging and has genuinely strengthened the bond with my dog.
I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and effective dog trainer.

We attended all of Tracey’s classes and had lots of fun, our pup milo really enjoyed learning. It was super fun.

Ghost and I have done quite a few courses that Tracey offers. I have found each and every one of them enjoyable. They have taught me many things that I never knew and I am extremely grateful for this.
Ghost and I recently completed the reactive rascals course- In this course I learnt so many different ways to handle my dog out of different and sometimes difficult situations. It has given me a lot more confidence as an anxious dog owner whilst walking him. One of my most favourite ones was doing the pack walk with 5 other dogs (and owners of course), here Ghost learnt that not every dog was a treat to him and he was able to walk closer to the group by the end and even settle for the final walk and pub quiz.
We have had some funny moments with Ghost during the gun dog training where he thought that he should have been a retriever and not a German shepherd. We learnt to very valuable skills here using a dog whistle. So I would like to take this opportunity to Tracey for giving us the time and the help that we needed, I truly don’t know where we would be with out you.

We’ve trained with Tracey Venn of Lupo Academy across several classes now, from beginner classes through to intermediate training, cooperative care, and more recently mantrailing. In every case, the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. What really stands out is Tracey’s deep understanding of dogs and her genuinely empathetic approach to training. Every session is calm, supportive, and completely focused on helping each dog feel safe, confident, and successful, while educating the owners on how to get the best from their partnership, and this is what it is really all about. Tracey promotes partnership between people and dogs. Her methods are entirely positive and reward-based, and you can see how much thought she puts into adapting exercises to suit different dogs, temperaments, and learning styles.
The beginner classes gave us an excellent foundation with our latest rescue dog, while the intermediate sessions helped us build real-world skills in a fun and encouraging environment. The cooperative care classes were especially valuable, they completely changed how our dog feels about handling and vet-style procedures. The pot trick is especially useful. The mantrailing sessions have also been amazing fun and incredibly enriching for both us and our dogs, and have really increased our dog’s confidence.
She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and approachable, and she explains not just what to do, but why it works, which gives you confidence as an owner. It’s obvious that dog welfare and building a strong relationship between dog and handler are always at the heart of everything she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, modern, ethical dog trainer.
